“Greg Barclay, the ICC chairman, will show up at the Qualifier 1 (Could 24) and Eliminator (May well 25) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, though Geoff Allardice, the Chief Executive Officer of the ICC, will be present for the duration of the Qualifier 2 on May possibly 27 and the final on May 29 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
