WASHINGTON: Donald Trump‘s initially spouse Ivana Trump, 73, has died, the previous US president said on Thursday.
“I am incredibly saddened to notify all of individuals that cherished her, of which there are several, that Ivana Trump has handed away at her household in New York Town,” Donald Trump reported in a write-up on the social medial platform Real truth Social.
The pair married in 1977 and divorced in 1992. They experienced three little ones jointly: Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.
“Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion and resolve,” the Trump household reported in a statement quoted by ABC News. She grew up less than Communist rule in the former Czechoslovakia.
Neither the Trump loved ones statement nor the article from the previous president stated the trigger of her demise.
