Ingredients:

1 kilo of potatoes

Virgin or more virgin olive oil

Salt

For the brava sauce:

4 tablespoons of excess virgin olive oil

5 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of flour

a tablespoon of sweet paprika

1 tablespoon sizzling paprika

250 ml of vegetable or rooster broth

Approach:

To make the sauce, peel and cut garlic. In a pan, insert virgin or further virgin olive oil with these reduce garlics and cook them until brown. After brown, add the flour and cook dinner. Insert the two varieties of paprika and blend quickly so that the paprika does not melt away, increase the broth and mix, stirring consistently until eventually it thickens.
